April 4, Dubai – The Yellow Chilli by Sanjeev Kapoor will be marking the Holy Month of Ramadan with a “Fast To Feast” iftar menu and Ramadan gift boxes.
The “Fast To Feast” iftar menu – served on a traditional Indian thali (platter) – features an unlimited set menu served directly to your table; including fruit and yoghurt salads, appetizers, main courses, bread, and drinks.
Thalis (platters) are an ancient culinary tradition in India, featuring a delicate balance of flavours from savoury and spicy to sweet, sour, and astringent.
Timings: Served from 6.30 PM to 9 PM
Putting its signature dishes in the spotlight, the iftar thali will include kanda bhajis (onion fritters), angara mirchi tikka (marinated and smoked meat), dakshin murg (South Indian-style curried chicken), butter chicken (a rich and creamy chicken curry), lalla mussa dal (The Yellow Chilli’s famous slow-cooked lentils), chicken tikka biryani (a spiced rice dish), fruit and yoghurt-based salads, ras malai (a cottage cheese dessert), and rose milk.
