Business agility – While it’s critical for employees to remain open-minded about their work, companies need to do the same to ensure their survival during this digital shift. Have a heart – The last thing you would expect Smart Dubai to be working tirelessly on is going paperless. Yet, the company is deeply invested in one of its biggest initiatives – Dubai Paperless Strategy. Smart Dubai aims to go 100% paperless by 2021. The driving force behind this ambitious mission is happiness. An estimated 130,000 trees will be saved, 4 million children will be fed and 140 hours will be freed annually by making a change as simple as using a tablet instead of a sheet of paper.
